Golf Course & Land Development

This long-established golf course located in a prime resort area includes a 30-lot residential development with a development permit. An additional 40 acres could be converted to a 24-site campground.

The course comes complete with a pro-shop, winterized restaurant and lounge, renovated washrooms/locker rooms, and a five-bedroom house, as well as a storage shed and shop, and all equipment needed to operate the golf course. A covered patio enables the course to host tournaments for up to 144 people complete with meals and beverage service.

Irrigation is fully automated and the whole course can be watered in four hours from holding ponds on the property. COVID provided an opportunity to make a number of course improvements which included lengthening holes, rebuilding tee boxes, and creating additional bunkers.

The course is demonstrating steady revenue growth over the last three years, and the current year is up significantly over last year.
